Default Urethreotomy

I am needing some help! Me and my husband have been trying for a year and a half to get preggo. About 7-8 months ago he went in for his second urethreotomy because peeing was painful. The docotor said his flow was very slow and was about the size of a pin head. Could this have affected his sperm count back when it wasnt fixed? I guess what I am trying to ask is can I not really count the time before his surgery as time we trying to have a baby and only count the time after his surgery? Sorry I hope this makes sense I am new to this and am starting to get frustrated and disappointed with getting my period each month. He has had his sperm count checked since his surgery and everything looks great so I just didnt know if having a narrow urethra could have caused problems before the surgery?
Also anyone know what the chances of having endometriosis come back are? I had a laporoscopy about 8-9 years ago and wondered if maybe that could have come back and be affecting us?
I am 28 and my hubby is 29. We have 2 kids a 7yr. old and a 4 year old. It took me about a 1 1/2 to get pregnant with my first and about 6 months with my second.
Thanks for any input!

Dear Prkck,

No the blockage on him wouldn't effect his count but might interfer with the delivery system. I'll try and explain this simply. The male member is a system where all parts must work correctly to deliver a product. If it doesn't get firm enough , it can't penetrate. If the nerves don't get stimulated enough, it doesn't fire. If there are constrictions then not enough comes out. The ejaculation is the systematic spasm of a set of muscles. It may last about 15 sec but the most intense are the first few in strength and intensity. Now remember you are working with low volumes not great amounts. So it is possible the constriction removed some of the semen and the vagina didn't recieve it.

Yes Endo can return on some women and cause problems. I suggest you post this on the general information area and the women there can help you out. There are syntoms and irregularities which give clues whether you have it or not and they are better at explaining it.

Ask what you need.
