Rich-
I am completely agree with your statements and sometimes fail to realize this isnt his choice and should stop feeling bad for my self and be more supportive to him. In regards to the taking supplements, I went to a health store yesterday and talked to them about some of the different things you had told me. They were not to familiar with high prolactin and its causes so he suggested taking some korean ginseng to help improve desire. If he takes it will it even help him since his prolactin is high and that is kind of in control. And as far as all the supplements you had mentioned would you recommend taking the ones that produce the dopamine raher than the others? And what about taking the two together say Korean Ginseng and Gingko or will the Ginseng not really have any effect? Sorry for all the questions, you just are so helpful. Frustrated |

Dear Frustrated,
I don't mind the questions at all. You are in uncharted waters for the first time with a problem you never handled before. Once you realize the problem is not with you then everything takes on a new prospective. The ideal herb is the extract of Mucuna Pririens seeds. This can be gotten at Vitacost online at a reasonable price. If you google for ther site and plug in mucuna pririens in their site site engine the products will appear. If you look at what it does and 100mg dose you will find the capsules cost about 10 cents apiece. They also give the maximum to use. All men have Prolactin in them but a massive rush of prolactin is released upon ejaculation. This is why many women complain he did his thing and rolled over and went to sleep. That rush of prolactin is what put them to sleep after the exertion. So since he is slightly high I can't tell you that one a day will work or you will need 6. So it is a play it by ear. Now the other herb we are looking for is Horny Goat weed with Maca. What Goatweed does is raise the T level in a male but ironically also in a woman. T is the hormone of desire. So we are raising his T level and the Maca improves sperm production but also gives a feeling of fullness in the groin for him adding to the need. Ginseng adds a factor of endurance to the equation meaning he has the energy for the long haul. Gingko as I had said in large amounts is also a dopamine producer and could supplement the Mucuna. If the dosages are worked out then you can get that red outfit you were looking at. Ask what you need. rich |
