Going to our 1st RE appt Wednesday the 22nd..........little excited, nervous and scared all at once.
We have been together 11 years, married almost 4 years.
We are dealing with male factor infertility and I am not "O"ing regularly, hoping to do IUI next month.
I had a lap/hysterscopy and D&C done 2 years ago.
Hope to get to know all of you in our journey together:)

Well I am not exactly in the same boat as you but am experiencing a few setbacks myself. I was diagnosed with severe endometriosis a few months ago and had surgery. I am being treated with Lupron injections and have four more to be finished. After that, the doctor said there shouldn't be a problem at all. I certainly hope she is right!

Hello,
What exactly does Lupron do for you? As you see I am not experienced when it comes to this, I am sure I will be learning alot in the next few month's.
Good luck to you!

Hello everyone! Somewhat new to all of this too. We believe it is male infert., but we are too scared to go test. We've been trying for 8 mnths---and my tests came back ok. it is 2ww time----and trying to stay positive. I really enjoy coming here and reading everybody's messages. Is anyone else in their 2ww?? I am also from NC----where at in NC??

Babythoughts-
Lupron is an ovary antagonist. It stops your ovaries from producing any follicles for that month. Its normally used so that your RE has complete control over your cycle.
Kaylbee-
Im also in the 2ww. I had a frozen embryo transfer done 2/10. I have to wait about five more days. Way to long if you ask me. My appointment is on the 21st. Good luck to you. I hope you get your BFP.
There are so many great ladies on here. Good luck in your TTC journey. Trust me, for most of us on here its a marathon and not a sprint. Dont ever think you are alone, because normally if your going through something, someone on here is going through it or has been through it. The support is so great. I really dont know what I would do without these women.

Ladies,
With all this support how can we go wrong!
I am very excited about what my DH and I are going to be doing the next few month's. My DH is a wonderful uncle to soooooooo many neices and nephews and a even better stepfather to my 2 sons........and although we will be using DS (his idea), you know, he says "What am I going to do with all this extra love I have?" I can't wait to share all those wonderful tender and silly moments, when your baby kicks or has the hiccups, food cravings.....etc.. with him:D
I am so sorry for getting so mushy, I am emotional before I even get into the fertility drugs:o
Nice to meet everyone, this board ROCKS!!!
