I ordered some last week and got it Tuesday. I have had TERRIBLE acne since 18 years old and it got HORRID while I was pregnant with DS. Has anyone used it and has it worked for you???

I also have acne scars that are like little dark freckles and am hoping it balances my skin tone.:)

Hi,
I think it's the best money i spent in a long time. I have never had a problem with break outs only during Af. but my skin is so soft and i usually never get anymore break outs. Now my Sister on the other hand has had it all her life and between picking and stuff made her face look bad. she has used it for 6 months and they have faded alot and has helped her skin. you can always send it back if you don't like it. but we keep it.
Good luck and tell me what you think of it once you get it.

ProActiv is wonderful for acne, it works better than anything I have ever used. But if you are TTC or are pregnant you need to check with your doctor as you should not use ProActiv when pregnant.

Hi ladies, thanks for the replies.

I got it in the mail Tuesday so I have been using it for 4 days now. My DH says he can see a HUGE difference but I can't. It will probably take longer for me to see the change, I look at my face everyday.:)

I use it and love it. I get horrible breakouts right before AF and it helps. I only now get one maybe two pimples right before AF. I love how the mask makes your skin feel. You will start to see a difference in a few days. Just keep using it. It is well worth the money.

My sil has acne pretty badly and is also allergic to just about everything so she is limited as to what she can use on her face. She has been using pro activ and has noticed a big difference. It was working great for her for a while and now it really isn't helping anymore. I'm not sure as to why though.

 You cannot use Proactive while your pregnant? Can someone please tell me why. I can't seem to go a day without using it or my face breaks out.

I think you can use it when you are TTC and pg. The website states that you should talk to your dr to use it basically to cover their butts. Personally I will continue to use it.

The very first week i used it, it worked really well and continued working well for a few weeks but now my face has been breaking out more and more and proactiv doesnt seem to be working as well.
Im not sure why??

you can use benzol peroxide while pregnant. you cannot use retin-a or salylic acid. i researched this on-line. i don't have anything bookmarked, but i bet you find info. also, my dr okayed it.
