to feel slightly crampy, or bloated (can't tell) after an IUI? I fee; 'pressure' of some sort. I had the IUI this morning. Could it be ovulation cramps? I had HCG trigger shot yesterday morning.
Should we BD tonight even though I had IUI this morning?

The meds could be making you feel bloated. Are you on progesterone? Because this med makes some ladies bloat.
Good Luck

Hi,
Well I was on clomid 3-7, then HCG yesterday morning. That's it, no other meds. I guess it's not really a 'bloating' feeling. I think it may be ovulation. oh well.....the waiting game begins.

Sunny-
Yes, it is normal to have cramping and "pressure" in your uterus after an IUI...I was on Clomid as well (no trigger though) for my 3 IUIs and my last one I experienced exactly what you are describing. It lasted for about 36 hours after the IUI.
It very well could be ovulation, or just your body reacting to all that's going on. ;) Hang in there and good luck!

Thank you!!! Does anybody know how long after the trigger, and after the IUI we should keep up the BD to make sure all bases are covered? I had been using opk's and always saw a surge on cd 18-19.....but now with clomid, and the HCG trigger.....I should ovulate 24-36 hrs. after the trigger??? Is this right?
I'm just trying to figure out how I will know when exactly I will/did ovulate. OPK won't work because of the trigger shot, right? i'm a little confused right now...sorry!!
