Funny Story

:o Ok I took a wonderful bath with my Bath and Body Works Cucumber Melon and then lathered the cream all over and was smelling good!! I put on my favorite jammies and cleaned up the bathroom and then...sneezed and pee ran down my leg!!!! I was so mad! I couldnt believe my bladder was so weak. I am not talking about a spot, I mean it ran down my leg! So even though I smell good I still "feel" grose even after cleaning up. Ahh the joys of pregnancy.

Any other funny stories??

I have to get up and pee about 4X a night at least since the BFP but I see it as good practice for the baby! :)

Mandy - I have almost the same experience like you. When I sneeze I have little pee or something run down. I swear our bladder is so weak. Then I always tend to sneeze after I get out the shower too. So I stand there hoping nothing comes out. LOL

Mandy, Boy I know how you feel, I was at the market and sneezed and peed myself and ran out crying in my car, I got home and DH asked what was for dinner and I was so sad I told him I am done with this pregnancy and dinner is inthe cart at the store.

Okay mine wasn't very funny but I suppose some day it will be. Mandy I never did see your furniture, I'd love too if you can add it to this site as well. I just love my little mans room, still just has the dog lounging in it.

Maybe I am finding too much funny now...but here is another funny story from yesterday. :o
Me and DH have the Bebe Sounds where you can plug 2 earphones and listen (BTW does anyone ever hear anything-waste of money for me) and we plugged in the microphone so DH could talk to the baby and he was talking and saying how much he loved the baby and started talking baby talk and called him "baby boy", all the sweet stuff. Our little dog, a little Pekinese, started jumping up and down and whining and then when we looked down he rolled on his back trying to look cute and was DYING for attention. He got SOOO jealous and I thought it was hilarious! Dogs are so funny, do you think they know we are having a baby? I know they know things are changing but I wonder if they "know"?
Ok, bye for now...killer heartburn...note to self--dont eat lasagna EVER again!

I totally know how you feel about the weak bladder. At the end of my first trimester my gag reflex got reeeeeally bad. Every time I would sneeze, it was followed by a bout of gagging. One night it happened and DH came running down the stairs to see if I was ok. I heard him coming so I ran into the bathroom and slammed the door so I could have some privacy. Afterwards, he came to check on me. He said "did you puke?". "No, I pissed myself." For some reason he found that hilarious. :mad:

Paula: Your story just made me laugh real hard for some reason. I could just see you (not that I can picture you) but I can just see a person, sneezing and gagging afterwards and that just made me hysterical. I gag at everything so maybe that is what got me to laugh soo hard. Only if people on the outside can see what we preggie ladies really go through - they would make the "funniest home videos" of just us.

When my water broke, I had just woke up from a nap and I thought I had peed myself! Then I got up and it started leaking out. So I ran and sat on the toilet and the fluid started flowing. IT didn't dawn on me at first that my water broke, I just thought I had bladder issues.:eek:

HA HA HA HA! These are too funny! I haven't peed myself yet, but my sneezes are so much more violent than normal! I was at work when I grabbed a tissue, sneezed, then had to sneeze a second time and I inhaled the tissue...I sucked it all the way to the back of my mouth and then gagged, made a terrible noise---it was so funny---my co worker and I laughed for a long time about that.

ok I recently went to the grocery store with my girlfriend I live on the second floor of an apt. well I had purchased lots of groceries she me and my girlfriend were hauling them up the stairs one after one well I was also sick with bronchitis at this time so were finally done getting them upstairs and we decided to sit for a minute I was on the couch and started coughing up a lung next thing I know I felt something wet down below lol. I told my girlfriend I think I just peed myself and she was dying from laughing so hard so I got up to go to the bathroom and sure enough there were I was on the couch there was a big old wet spot I was so embarrassed I just had to laugh with her and then called my DH to tell him of course he didn't answer so I left it on his voicemail and 2 weeks later it's still on there he said it was so funny that he couldn't errase it. I mean thank God it was in the privacy of my own home but I was so embarrassed I just thought I would share lol:o

If you guys want to laugh over pregnancy, get the book, Belly Laughs by Jenny McCarthy. I read the whole thing this afternoon. I just couldn't put it down. I laughed so hard I cried (and of course peed) and at one point I thought it might just be easier to read the book on the toilet.

Ok, maybe I think too much stuff is funny, so here is another story that makes me laugh when I think about it. DH and I went to an early dinner the other night to a new steakhouse that opened nearby and they were playing country music. The song "There goes my life" by Kenny Chesney (mmmm :) ) started playing and I was fine and normal and said to DH this is your song if we have a little girl. Not even 1 second later I was crying uncontrollably cause the last verse is about their kid going to college and I couldnt speak. DH was like "whats wrong??" I said "I dont want him to go to college and leave me, I really will just die!!". I havent had any horomonal weird things like that happen, so it shocked the heck out of me when it happened. I am so glad the restaurant wasnt packed cause I would have been so embarrassed if people had noticed. Now, a few days later I start laughing so hard I cry cause it was SO stupid! Where the heck did that come from?!?! Haha...I laugh too much huh?

when i was pg with my third DS, my second DS was being potty trained. I would get him dressed and remind him everyday not to pee in his pants or he will get time out. If i forgot to remind him he would pee his pants and get time out. It seemed i always had to remind him..anyway i got up that morning to go to the bathroom and on my way i stopped in front of the heater to get my feet warm. well you guessed it while i was stopped i sneezed. i had to pee really bad as it was first thing in the morning. i Peed my pj's right there in front of my son.He then looked up at me and in his 3yr old voice said to me " oh momma you peed. you need time out". I then sent him for his dad and headed to the bathroom..My DH never missed a chance to tease me and came in teasing me cuz my Dear Dear son told everyone that would listen that momma peed her pants this morning. I took my shower and went on about the day getting looks from everyone that had listened to my son tell his amuzing story over and over again.
