Has anyone ever done the online weight watchers and had success? I just signed up today. I have been going to Curves and was doing well going 4-5 times a week. Then I started getting really busy with my photography business and last week I went once. I needed to relax a bit and while the twins were asleep I took a bath. When I sat up and it was hard to get up and I felt like a beached whale I decided i needed something other than Curves. I just joined the weight watchers online and I decided on the Flex plan. I am still confused about counting points when I am away from my computer. Is there a book out there that will clarify more of this for me? My goal is to lose 20 pounds.

My main issues is fitting into clothes properly. I nearly had a breakdown when a week before Shannon's wedding i went to try my dress on since I hadnt put it on since I tried it on originally and I couldnt get it zipped. I finally got it zipped but it was sooo tight. I have a hard time getting into pants as they will fit around my waist but be too tight on my butt and thighs or they will be too big around my waist and fit me perfect in the butt and thighs.

Are you still doing this?? I started almost 2 weeks ago and have lost 6 pounds. I don't really exercise, mainly because I don't have time. I completely fell off the wagon yesterday and used a bunch of my flex points.

I actually gained last week. I lost 9 pounds the first week and then gained 3 back. I think I'm cheating with my morning coffee...the cream is worth more points than I'm counting. I got sugar free and started using it today. We'll see if that helps.

How's it going for you?

I do it and love it! I have used it for years to maintain weight. I really really really really recommend planning your meals at the beginnning of the day, or even the night before when you first start. The points thing isn't easy to track outside of the house without a computer, but eventually you'll just have the points values memorized and be able to figure it in your head.

For instance, when I first started (and even still do this sometimes) I would sit down the night before and plan my food for the next day and put it all in the computer. This saves soooo much time I think. Plus, once you have it all laid out all of your decisions have been made and you're not standing in front of the fridge debating between an apple and cookies :) This strategy really helped me a ton. I lost 20 pounds in 4 months and have kept it off and still continue to track my food online to keep me honest.

Good luck and PM me if you need to with any other questions!!
