IVF in Canada

Hi! I was just wondering if there are any other ladies out there who are from Canada and are doing IVF or have recently done an IVF cycle?

Yes, you're not alone. There are a few Canucks roaming these boards adding "u" ' s to unsuspecting words... LOL.

I'm in Ontario and in the midst of my first IVF cycle. I'm expecting to have my ER (Egg Retrieval) mid to late this week. You can check out my "Thank God for Next Time" Thread in the general section for more details on my journey in particular.

Have you done IVF, or will you be doing IVF soon? What's gotten you to this point in your journey?

Hello Saskgirl and welcome! I can't believe I missed this post as I am originally from Saskatchewan and a die hard Rider fan.

I was at the fertility clinic in Calgary for 4 years, managed to get pregnant a couple of times but only one has been successful to term, I am 35 weeks tomorrow. If you are considering the clinic in Calgary I can give you some advice and share my thoughts. I did not do IVF,I did Gonal F with IUI but hopefully can answer some questions for you.
