Hi,
I gained 45 pounds during my pregnancy and have lost 37 in 8 months...I have been following a South Beach/ low carb diet for a month and have lost over 10 pounds. Now I am trying the SuperFoods Rx Diet. Anyone read this book? I think it has some really good points. It isn't no carb or high protein. It is about eating the right carbs (whole grains) and a good amount of protein and lots of veggies/fruits. All based on the SuperFoods - Avocado, broccoli, walnuts, blueberries...etc. I will keep you posted!:)
